These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website f4futuretech.com and any services provided by Future Tech ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
Future Tech provides web development, software development, mobile application development, API development, and related digital services ("Services") as described on our Site or as agreed in a separate proposal, quotation, or contract with the client.
All project scopes, timelines, and pricing will be confirmed in writing (via email, proposal, or contract) before work begins. Any changes to the agreed scope may result in revised timelines and additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, content, credentials, and any other information reasonably required for us to deliver the Services. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables (excluding third-party licensed assets, tools, and frameworks) transfers to the client. Future Tech retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We strive to deliver high-quality, bug-free work. Any post-launch support, bug-fix periods, or maintenance terms will be specified in the relevant project agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Future Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the applicable contract. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
You agree not to misuse our Site, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use our Services for any unlawful purpose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faisalabad, Pakistan.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
