Future Tech provides custom web development, software development, and related digital services. Because our work is service-based and typically customized to each client's requirements, this Return & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.
Projects generally require an upfront deposit to begin work. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover initial planning, resource allocation, and design/ development effort already undertaken.
If a client cancels a project before any work has started, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued, minus any payment processing fees already incurred.
If a client cancels a project after work has begun, refunds (if any) will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, reflecting the value of work already completed and any resources committed up to the point of cancellation. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and communicated in writing.
For projects billed in milestones, payments made for milestones that have already been delivered and approved are non-refundable. Payments made for future, undelivered milestones may be refunded if the project is cancelled before that milestone begins.
If a client believes delivered work does not meet the agreed specifications, we will first attempt to resolve the issue through revisions within the scope of the project agreement. Refunds for quality concerns are considered only where we are unable to deliver work that reasonably meets the agreed requirements after a fair opportunity to correct it.
To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us in writing at info@f4futuretech.com with your project details and reason for the request. We aim to review and respond to refund requests within 7 business days.
