Future Tech provides web development, software development, and related digital services. As our offerings are digital in nature, we do not ship any physical products. This Shipping & Service Delivery Policy explains how our services are delivered to clients.
All Services are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping involved. Deliverables may include, but are not limited to, source code, design files, staging/live website links, documentation, and access credentials.
Estimated delivery timelines are communicated to clients at the start of each project based on scope, complexity, and milestones agreed upon in the project proposal or contract. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors such as delayed client feedback, scope changes, or third-party dependencies.
For projects delivered in milestones, each milestone will be shared for client review and approval before proceeding to the next phase. Clients are requested to provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays to the overall project schedule.
While we make every effort to meet agreed timelines, delivery dates may shift due to unforeseen circumstances, incomplete information from the client, or changes in project scope. We will communicate any expected delays as soon as they are identified.
Any post-delivery support, bug-fix windows, or maintenance services will be outlined separately in the project agreement or a dedicated support/maintenance plan.
